Our Litigation Group is results oriented. Our goal is to achieve a resolution that is in your best interests, whether by traditional means in the courts or through some form of alternate dispute resolution such as arbitration or mediation.

If a matter must proceed to trial we have experience with all levels of Canadian courts. If it can be resolved without going to trial, we work with experienced mediators and regularly appear before a variety of arbitration boards.
