Tristan Culham
Associate Regina
Tristan Culham practices general litigation in the areas of commercial and contractual disputes, insurance defence, class action and intellectual property claims. His clients include individuals as well as private and public corporations.
Tristan has a variety of litigation experience including conducting trials and chambers applications, and has appeared in the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and the Saskatchewan Provincial Court. He has extensive experience drafted pleadings and prepared briefs of law and factums on complex issues for a variety of matters.
