Penny Yeager's practice focuses on the areas of mining law, securities law and business law. Penny has transactional experience in areas including joint ventures, mineral disposition purchase and sales, private placements, and public offerings. She has researched, and is familiar with, a broad range of issues relating to the natural resources sector.
