Bruce Wirth is an accomplished
litigator with vast experience in all aspects of insurance law
and commercial litigation. He has acted as counsel or co-counsel
on multi-million dollar lawsuits involving construction, insurance
and fiduciary duty claims.
Bruce has acted as counsel for a variety of insurance companies
defending claims against insurers, defending liability claims
against insureds (including dentists, lawyers, architects, appraisers,
insurance agents, real estate agents, land surveyors and others),
prosecuting subrogated claims and providing advice to insurance
companies regarding policy interpretation and application.
Bruce has been an active member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers
Association and has held a number of executive positions, including
that of President. He has also served as a member of the Joint
Committee of the Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association
(Saskatchewan Branch) on No-Fault Insurance since its inception
in 1996. He has been a presenter at professional conferences
dealing with advocacy and civil procedure and has written articles
on Saskatchewan's no-fault automobile insurance system.
