Kurt
Wintermute's practice experience extends from his primary focus
as a litigator to foreclosures, debtor / creditor law, personal
injuries cases, insurance law, and labour and employment law.
Kurt has advised clients from a tax efficiency perspective
on income tax and goods and services tax issues, pension plan
matters and corporate structure. He has also worked with clients
to resolve employment and labour law challenges in both unionized
and non-unionized workplaces.
Kurt is thoroughly
conversant with all stages of the dispute resolution process,
from mediation through examinations for discovery and trials.
He has represented clients before the Tax Court of Canada,
the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and the Saskatchewan
Labour Relations Board.
