Kevin Wilson is an experienced labour lawyer and head of MLT's Saskatoon Labour & Employment Law Group. Kevin regularly advises unionized clients on such matters as applications for union certification, unfair labour practices and collective agreement interpretation issues. He also helps clients to plan effective negotiating strategies and acts for some in the actual bargaining process. He has appeared numerous times before courts, labour relations boards, boards of arbitration and other administrative tribunals on behalf of union and non-union employers.

Kevin has previously been appointed by the Saskatchewan Minister of Justice to conduct a Board of Inquiry into a human rights complaint and had an ongoing appointment to adjudicate Saskatchewan Labour Standards Act hearings from 1993 to 1995.

Kevin works with employers to implement policies and procedures that will minimize the risk of workplace disruptions. He provides practical advice to employers on a wide range of human resource management issues as diverse as safety, workplace discipline and harassment. He has lectured extensively on labour and employment and human rights issues in Western Canada, on topics as diverse as the human rights in the workplace to workplace discipline to occupational health and safety.
