Neil
Turcotte's practice emphasis is on family property division,
spousal and child maintenance, and parenting issues. He is
an experienced litigator who regularly represents clients before
the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and Saskatchewan Court
of Appeal, and he has appeared before the Supreme Court of
Canada.
Neil regularly advises companies, including family-run
businesses, on succession and next generation planning. His detailed
estate planning advice ensures any potential issues
are resolved with as much predictability as possible.
Neil is a
member of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc. and a
proponent of collaboration, mediation and other vehicles of
alternate dispute resolution to assist parties embroiled in
family conflict.
