Jonathan Troyer maintains
a general Corporate/Commercial practice with a focus on transactional
and project based matters, including those in the area of Banking
and Corporate Finance.
Jonathan's general Corporate/Commercial experience includes acting
for owner-managed businesses, private corporations, partnerships,
not-for-profit organizations, First Nations related entities and
stakeholders on a wide variety of matters including the negotiation
of purchase/sale agreements, services agreements, licensing agreements,
strategic alliances, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements
(for both corporate and unincorporated joint ventures).
His practice in the area of Banking and Corporate Finance involves
acting for lenders and borrowers in a range of industries, including
the energy sector, in connection with secured and unsecured commercial
financings, large syndicated financing arrangements, project financings,
asset-based lending and subordinated debt arrangements. He also
has experience working within the Canadian credit union system,
regularly advising members of the provincial systems and their
related service entities and retail associations.
