Jonathan Troyer's focus is on Banking and Corporate Finance. He has acted for lenders and borrowers in a range of industries, including the energy sector. His experience includes secured and unsecured commercial financings, syndicated financing arrangements, project financings, asset-based lending and subordinated debt arrangements.

Jonathan’s experience in general corporate & commercial matters includes acting for small, mid-sized and large businesses on a wide variety of matters including the negotiation and preparation of purchase/sale agreements, services agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as a range of standard commercial documents.
