Paula Strassburg practices
business law, and has experience in drafting a wide range of
commercial agreements which include Unanimous Shareholders Agreements,
Asset and Share Purchase Agreements, and Commercial Leasing Agreements.
She also advises on the incorporation of various business concerns,
in particular professional corporations.
Paula qualified as an attorney in South Africa before moving
to the UK where, as a solicitor, she practiced litigation with
a London law firm. She worked on class action law suits on behalf
of claimants negligently exposed to asbestos, as well as for
victims of catastrophic events such as the Paddington rail crash
(1999). She has also represented claimants in a variety of national
and international claims ranging from high value road traffic
collisions to an equestrian accident claim against The Royal
Household. She joined MLT in 2008.
