Josie Saab is a member of MLT’s Corporate and Commercial Law Group focusing on banking and commercial financing in addition to all legal issues relating to real estate. Her practice encompasses an array of clients including chartered banks, crown corporations, private companies, partnerships, individuals and First Nations. She regularly provides advice and representation on a variety of matters with respect to incorporations, corporate transactions and commercial legal issues including purchasing, financing, leasing and real estate. Josie has experience in a broad range of corporate commercial legal work including drafting and negotiating agreements, revising policies and procedures for insider trading, conflicts of interest and related party disclosures and has advised compliance and anti-money laundering departments on issues and legislative interpretation. She has appeared before the Alberta Provincial Court and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
