Aaron Runge specializes in corporate finance, securities law, private capital and private mergers and acquisitions. Aaron routinely acts for providers of venture and private capital in connection with transactions involving investees in Saskatchewan and abroad. His corporate finance experience includes acting as counsel to both lenders and borrowers in connection with numerous syndicated credit facilities, for both lessors and lessees on structured, leveraged and non-leveraged lease financing arrangements in Canada and the United States, and for senior Saskatchewan issuers placing private and public offerings of debt and equity securities in Canada and the United States. He has also acted for purchasers and vendors in connection with numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including numerous transactions crossing provincial and international borders.

Aaron acts as principal transaction counsel to a leading Saskatchewan private capital firm and also provides general counsel advice to a leading Canadian institutional portfolio manager and a large Saskatchewan-based international manufacturer and distributor of industrial equipment.
