Todd Rosenberg's education
and experience as a Chartered Accountant contribute significantly

strategies for individual and corporate clients. He provides
advice on tax efficient corporate ownership structures, real
estate transactions, tax loss utilization transactions, complex
trust and estate planning, transfer pricing arrangements and
cross-border tax issues, and the tax implications of mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures, financing and corporate restructuring.
Todd has significant experience in planning ownership structures,
acquisitions, divestitures and corporate restructuring for tax-exempt
entities.
