Jason Mohrbutter has experience with all stages of the litigation process, including examinations for discovery, mediation, pre-trial conferences and trials. Jason regularly appears before the Courts of all levels in Saskatchewan, and has been co-counsel on many of the leading Saskatchewan class actions cases.

A significant portion of Jason’s practice focuses on class actions. He has a particular interest in other substantive areas of the law, such as pertaining to fiduciary obligations, contractual interpretation and other matters involving commercial and business litigation, where he provides practical advice to clients.

In addition to his practice in the area of class actions, Jason has also worked on large construction law files and acts for insurance companies on a wide variety of matters. His practice also includes employment and labour law matters.
