Vanessa Monar Enweani is
an experienced litigator with a civil litigation practice focused
on personal injury and insurance claims. She has represented
insurance companies defending a wide range of claims. Her work
in insurance law includes prosecuting subrogated claims and providing
advice to
insurance companies on policy interpretation and application.
Vanessa also has significant experience with bankruptcy and
insolvency, security realization, receiverships, foreclosure
and debt recovery. She provides advice to individuals, banks,
and other lending institutions on all aspects
of the law relating to insolvency and debt collection.
Most recenty, Vanessa has acted as Assistant Counsel to the
Commission of Inquiry into the wrongful conviction of David Milgaard,
a
multi-party public inquiry involving over a hundred witnesses
and over 100,000
documents. |
