Allison McDonald practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on securities law, residential and commercial real estate law and general business law. Allison acts for publically-listed and small to medium-sized private companies on a variety of business transactions that include share and asset aquisitions and divestitures, re-organization, and real estate development. She has experience providing legal services that include will preparation, insurance defence and general litigation and employment law, and has also appeared before the Labour Relations Board.
