Eileen Libby acts for a
wide range of clients, including individuals, financial institutions,
health care boards, professional and general liability insurers,
and corporations in the resource, retail and service sectors.
Eileen regularly advises employers on a wide range of human resource
management issues, collective bargaining, union certification
and union-management relations. She works with employers to develop
employment policies, negotiate and administer collective agreements,
and resolve workplace disputes. She served a term as in-house
counsel for a major health care organization, dealing primarily
with labour and employment law issues.
Eileen is an experienced litigator who has appeared before the
Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and Court of Queen's Bench, as well
as numerous boards of arbitration and labour relations board
disputes. Eileen is a former Clerk to the Saskatchewan Court
of Queen's Bench who has written briefs on a wide range of legal
issues.
