Bob
Leurer is one of MLT's senior litigators and head of the Class
Actions Group. Bob joined MLT after graduating from the University
of Saskatchewan as the College of Law's Gold Medalist for 1984
and serving as Law Clerk to the Honourable Mr. Justice W.Z. Estey
of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Bob regularly appears
before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal
and has argued cases before the Federal Court of Canada, the
Supreme Court of Canada, and numerous administrative boards
and tribunals. Bob's practice focuses on multi-party litigation
and class actions. His depth of experience in litigation includes
acting for a range of companies and claimants on a wide variety
of complex commercial, product liability, agricultural, insurance
and other claims.
