his insolvency practice, Jeff Lee has represented corporate
debtors and lenders
in the manufacturing, energy, aviation, real estate, agribusiness,
hospitality, telecommunications, fish processing, forest products
and pulp & paper industries in all four Western Canadian
provinces. Jeff
is an experienced litigator who has appeared before superior
courts in British
Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and before the
Federal Court, Tax Court and Supreme Court
of Canada.
