Larry
LeBlanc is an experienced litigator who has appeared before
all levels of Courts in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court of
Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. His experience before
administrative boards and tribunals is particularly extensive,
including labour and commercial arbitration boards, labour
relations boards, human rights tribunals, and professional
disciplinary bodies.
In labour
and employment matters, Larry regularly advises employer clients
on the breadth of issues involved in human resource management,
collective bargaining, union certification and union-management
relations. He works with employers to develop employment policies,
negotiate and administer collective agreements, and resolve
workplace disputes. As part of his administrative law and litigation
practices, Larry has broad experience in environmental matters,
working with companies in the heavy manufacturing, oil and
gas, and uranium and potash mining industries to address a
wide range of issues.
