Deron Kuski has significant experience in trial and appellate litigation. He has appeared as counsel in dozens of reported decisions before all levels of courts, boards and tribunals in Saskatchewan and elsewhere.

Deron’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution of claims for breach of contract, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. Construction law, insolvency law, corporate law, personal injury law and professional negligence law form the bulk of his litigation practice. He is experienced in all types of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation, and dedicates all of his energy to obtaining the best practical and legal result for his clients, both in terms of outcome and economy. Deron's clients include individuals, small businesses, professionals, insurers, banks, trust companies, financing and leasing companies and other corporations and government agencies.
