Lynn has assisted a broad range of corporate and commercial clients, including institutional lenders, private companies and public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the American Stock Exchange, on a wide range of activities such as debt and equity financings, stock exchange listings, regulatory compliance matters (including continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters), mergers and acquisitions, mining and mineral exploration matters, and real estate development. Lynn's experience in debt and equity financings includes work on initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements. She participated in the Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute in 2005.
