Jordan was recently appointed to lead the firm's estates and trust litigation practice.

In 2004, Jordan was appointed as Assistant Commission Counsel to the Commission of Inquiry into the Wrongful Conviction of David Milgaard, a complex assignment involving the management of over 100,000 documents and an extensive witness list with hearings that lasted into late 2006. Jordan organized and led a large portion of the evidence that was presented to the Commission.

Jordan previously worked extensively on Residential School claims on behalf of First Nation clients.
