Janine Harding’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and insurance law. More particularly, she has experience in, shareholder oppression actions, acting for and against financial institutions in the enforcement of security, intellectual property actions, trademark infringement and injunctions, including Anton Piller and Mareva Injunctions. She has acted for a variety of insurance companies defending liability claims against insureds and prosecuting subrogated claims.

Janine is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
