Alain Gaucher advises a broad client base that includes individuals, small to medium sized enterprises and large corporations on provincial, national and international tax issues.

Alain's considerable experience in succession planning, estate planning, corporate tax and shareholder agreements leads to personal and corporate tax planning solutions that are both practical and innovative. He works closely with clients to ensure that resulting structures and processes will be as tax efficient as possible. Alain also assists clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, and provides tax litigation advice should a matter need to be brought before the courts.
