Scott Exner has acted in almost every aspect of real estate law, including purchases and sales, subdivisions, developments, construction, financing, and leasing. He has represented numerous landlords, developers, financial institutions, insurance companies, and national and multi-national corporations in a variety of real estate matters.

Scott has been extensively involved in many aspects of Western Canada's evolving agricultural industry, particularly the grain handling sector. He has been active in securing legislative change to promote the growth and development of value-added agribusiness.

Scott has acted for junior and senior issuers and underwriters in connection with private placements and public offerings for companies in the agribusiness, real estate, steel, information technology, and natural resources sectors in Canada and the United States. He regularly provides advice on corporate governance policies, take-over bids, regulatory compliance issues and a wide range of business-related legal matters.
