Carol Carlson's practice is primarily in civil litigation with an emphasis on bankruptcy and insolvency, security realization, receiverships, corporate restructuring, foreclosure and debt recovery. Carol provides advice to a wide range of clients including banks, trust companies and government lending institutions on all aspects of the law relating to insolvency and debt collection.

Carol is an experienced litigator who has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench. She has also conducted numerous seminars on topics related to debt collection.
