PROFILE:
Kim Bodnarchuk joined MLT in 2002 as an Articling
Student after an accomplished academic career. She won a number
of significant
undergraduate scholarships during her legal studies. Most of
her work at the firm
has
been
in the general business law and insolvency areas with an emphasis
on research into a spectrum of issues including tax, contractual
interpretation and debt realization.
Prior to entering legal studies Kim was a teacher of biology,
general science, special education and French for eleven years
in Saskatoon. She was also involved with student drama and
music performances and is an experienced accompanist.
