Naheed Bardai articled
in Toronto and began his legal career as a litigator with an
Ottawa firm. His experience includes drafting pleadings, factums
and related materials for trials and appeals covering a wide
range of actions. He has argued motions and court applications,
and conducted trials. Naheed has appeared before courts in Saskatchewan,
Ontario and Alberta. He has conducted examinations for discovery
in actions involving contractual disputes, professional liability
claims, tort claims and breaches of fiduciary duty. Naheed has
also conducted hearings before a range of administrative tribunals
and municipal committees.
Naheed Bardai is experienced in condominium law. He has prepared
and reviewed management agreements, by-laws, construction contracts,
secured financing arrangements, telecommunications arrangements,
leases and insurance contracts. Naheed has also represented condominium
corporations before courts and tribunals on by-law enforcement,
building deficiency claims, directors’ and officers’ liability
matters, lien claims, property loss claims and municipal law
matters.
