Bryan Augé was born in Alaska and grew up in Yellowknife where he practiced business and securities law. Bryan's primary practice area at MLT is business law, with an expanding emphasis on mining law. He has advised both private and public corporations on a wide range of commercial situations including structuring, financing, contract drafting, reorganizations, and share and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Bryan has experience in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements including purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, leases and unanimous shareholders agreements, as well as securities-related issues and compliance opinions.
