Len Andrychuk has broad practice expertise in the areas of environmental law, First Nations Law, construction contracts, industrial project development and major equipment procurement. Len is an experienced litigator with considerable experience in the resolution of construction, equipment procurement, oil and gas development and other commercial disputes through litigation and inter-provincial and international arbitration. He has regularly appeared as counsel before administrative tribunals and before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also gained expertise with respect to property tax assessment and routinely appears before the Court of Appeal in property tax assessment appeals. In 2005 he was appointed to a five year term as one of Saskatchewan's panelists for dispute resolution under the Agreement for Internal Trade.

Len Andrychuk's varied and significant business law, contracting and litigation skills make him a valued advisor at all stages of major industrial construction projects, including project development, contracting, construction, and dispute resolution and avoidance. He has acted as counsel, from conception to completion, in respect of major industrial construction projects in both Canada and the United States. His focus on environmental law issues covers a broad spectrum of industries, including the natural resource industries (eg. uranium and potash mining, oil and gas), real estate development, construction and light and heavy industries of all kinds, providing representation in environmental litigation, advice with regard to environmental compliance, liability and remediation.

Len has also advised both First Nations and corporate clients on the duty to consult with First Nations and Métis, and in matters relating to aboriginal and treaty rights. He has represented clients on such matters before the Alberta courts.
