Ian Smith deals with debt collection and foreclosures, and provides advice on wills, interim custody applications, child support and estates. He has appeared before the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Queen’s Bench.

During his studies, Ian was awarded a University of Saskatchewan Scholarship and a Law Students’ Association Bursary. Prior to earning an Anthropology degree with Great Distinction, Ian both worked and lived in Southeast Asia for a year and a half and travelled extensively in the world. His extensive travel and work experience in Southeast Asia provided Ian with an opportunity to explore other cultures in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, England Spain and Mexico.
