Thomas Sloan has a general corporate/commercial practice with experience in a variety of transactional work including corporate finance, banking, mergers and acquisitions, securities and real estate. He has also appeared as counsel before the Alberta Provincial Court and the Court of Queen's Bench.

During his legal studies, Tom worked as a research assistant on a variety of evidentiary and policy law issues for Dalhousie University law faculty. Tom has had extensive involvement with various arts groups as a pianist, performer and accompanist, and is a graduate of the academy program at the Mount Royal College Conservatory of Music.
