William R. Matheson, Q.C. returned to MLT as Counsel in January 2006 after serving as the senior insolvency judge on the Court of Queen's Bench in Saskatchewan. A member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, Bill Matheson is known for the clarity and precision of his judicial decisions in commercial, insolvency and PPSA matters. His knowledge of all areas of the law and its practice before the Courts makes him an invaluable resource to the MLT team.
