Michael Colwell's practice primarily focuses on representing corporations, institutions, and individuals in commercial and contractual disputes, and disputes involving corporate and institutional governance. Michael is experienced in a variety of legal and non-legal dispute settings including mediation processes. While articling at a Toronto firm specializing in breach of contract, Michael did much work related to appearances before the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has made appearances before the Ontario court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court, and the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench.
