Erin Breker practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on privacy law, health law, and matters related to information technology. She has experience with advising on privacy law, with hardware and software technology transactions, procurement of information technology services and software, service and maintenance agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Erin has also been involved in providing legal services for a variety of business transactions that include the purchasing of assets and shares as well as a number of venture capital, private equity and other financing transactions.
