Ivan Bergerman primarily practices natural resources law, securities law, and general business law. He received his LL.B. with Dintinction and a degree in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. Ivan has experience advising companies, including start-up and venture capital companies, on structuring, equity financing, contract drafting, reorganization, amalgamations, take-over bids, and share and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Ivan has advised on the reporting responsibilities and the rules and obligations of the CNQ, AMEX, TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange.
