Khurrum Awan

Khurrum Awan’s litigation practice is spread across a broad range of areas including class actions, commercial disputes, insurance defence, product liability and constitutional litigation. He has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
Khurrum has presented on the constitutional protections for multiculturalism as part of the University of Regina's Open Minds debates on public issues, and has testified before Federal Parliamentary Committees on proposed changes to Canada’s Citizenship and Anti-Terrorism laws.
