Josh Lommer
Associate Saskatoon
Josh Lommer has experience across the range of legal work involved in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase negotiations, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, leasing documentation, and closing. Josh also advises businesses ranging from small private companies to large public corporations, and has particular experience with land and title transfers related to mining operations. Josh has experience with a range of commercial purchase and sale transactions, including asset and share purchases and sales. He has acted on many secured financings, and has drafted shareholder agreements, offering memoranda, prospectuses, information circulars and other public disclosure documents.
Prior to embarking on his legal career Josh successfully managed two regional shopping centers in Regina, giving him unique experience as a lawyer dealing with commercial leasing matters such as negotiation, review and preparation.
Josh handles all residential real estate purchase and sale transactions in MLT's Saskatoon office.
