Alain Gaucher New Chair of MLT

We are pleased to announce that Alain Gaucher has assumed the office of Chair of MLT, and that he will continue to be an integral member of the firm’s very active tax group throughout his term. Managing Partner Don Wilson notes, “Al's vast experience in the practice of law, his leadership in the Saskatoon business and charitable communities, and the respect and confidence of his law partners that he enjoys, combine to make him the ideal candidate for this office.”
Retiring Chair Rob Pletch will continue as Counsel in Regina. Rob served as Managing Partner of MLT prior to becoming Chair in 2002. Observes Wilson, “We are delighted that Rob has agreed to stay on with the firm after completing his term as Chair. He will continue to provide valuable leadership in his role as Counsel, and will remain active with the Boards of the various crown and business entities on which he serves."
