Rangi spoke on "Strategies for Effectively Negotiating Impact Benefit Agreements (IBAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)" and Clayton on "Aboriginal Consultation and Emerging Water Issues".

This webinar addressed issues related to processing personal information, with a particular focus on businesses collecting significant amounts of information about individuals with whom they do business.
