Edmonton - Corporate / Commercial Legal Assistant
Our Edmonton office continues to grow and we are seeking a Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant to join us. The successful candidate is a graduate of a recognized Legal Assistant program (equivalencies will be considered) and has a minimum of three years solid experience with a focus on banking and commercial financing, and real estate transactions. PPR certification would be an asset. Working closely with our team of corporate commercial lawyers, our ideal candidate will be highly organized, have superior computer skills, proofreading and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently, follow instructions with minimum supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment.
